Your workflow determines the success of your business and is composed of processes, the actions you take on a daily basis to execute each task, and procedures, the standard way you go about doing that.

Step by step process: 

 

We start with an initial discovery call. During our call, we will discuss you and your business; who you are, how long you’ve been in business, what you do, etc. We will address what is going right and more importantly, what you feel is going wrong-- your pain points. Then, I’ll go over how I can best address your issues and implement a solution.

 

Next, we will meet to review your customized project plan. Before we start the execution phase of the project, I will present a detailed overview that includes the project scope, desired results, timeline, and expenses and fees. 

Now, the fun part begins! Over the next few months, we will go through the following project phases**:

 

  1. Project Documentation - In one-on-one meetings, we will collaborate and document your business processes and procedures. After each meeting, you will receive an up-to-date workflow map, a visual representation of your current process, to confirm that this is how your business operates. From there, we can identify which features are important to have in a new system.

  2. System Selection and Process Improvements - In this step, I take the desired features identified in the step above and recommend the best system and procedures that will optimize your workflow.

  3. System Setup and Implementation - From there, I will set up your new system(s); includes everything from account creation, platform linking/integrations, creating any new templates, and tailoring the new system to your new optimized workflow. Once things are set in place, I will transfer any open projects to the new system and run tests to ensure everything is running properly.

  4. Training - Next, I will walk you through your new workflow and answer any questions you might have. Should you or your team need further training, this call will be recorded and shared with you.

We will meet a final time to confirm that we have addressed all your pain points. During this last meeting, we will refer back to the detailed project plan and make sure we have completed the project milestones and optimized your system to your liking.
