The Process

01. Discovery Call

During our call, we will discuss you and your business; who you are, how long you’ve been in business, what you do, etc. We will address what is going right and more importantly, what you feel is going wrong—your pain points. Then, I’ll go over what services best address your needs.

02. Proposal

Following the discovery call, I will put together a proposal that we will go over during our follow-up call. Once you’re ready to move forward; you will receive a contract and invoice. After the contract has been signed and the retainer has been paid, your service will begin.

03. Onboarding

We start with an onboarding meeting where we discuss our communication plan, gain access to any related accounts, an inbox/calendar process walkthrough, and discuss any other specifics related to your service.

Weekly Agenda & To Do List

This package is for assistance keeping up with your daily task, deadlines and meetings.

Service Includes:

  • Create detailed weekly agenda and reminders based on deadlines, pitches, travel, important meetings, and events

  • Delivered weekly

  • 30-min weekly meeting with Client to review the agenda

Starting at $300/month

 

Scheduling and Calendar Management

This package is for assistance in scheduling meetings for your business with your leads, clients, team, etc.

Service Includes:

  • Contacting leads, clients, team to set up meetings and/or manage online booking system

  • Sending and managing meeting invitations

  • Request/add any information from invitee to meeting invitation(s)

  • Add any additional events/meetings to the calendar as needed

  • Notify Client of any scheduling overlaps

Starting at $750/month

Inbox Management & Organization

This package is for assistance with daily email management.

Service Includes:

  • Management of one inbox

  • Sort and filter out important and urgent emails for Client

  • File/label and archive emails if needed

  • Provide daily inbox summary of important emails

  • Respond on behalf of Client or as Administrative Assistant
