The Process
01. Initial Review
We start by reviewing your email and identifying specific needs. If you have trouble getting back to the most important emails daily or maybe need help keeping track of client-specific emails, we will discuss that.
02. Inbox Cleanup
I start by breaking down your inbox into categories, creating a relevant and easy to navigate labeling/filing system, and then sorting what’s currently in the inbox. Next, I organize how you view your emails in your inbox and make sure they align with the needs we identified during our initial call.
03. Inbox Maintenance Training
During our follow-up call, I will walk you through the changes I’ve made to ensure all your needs have been met. I will also show you how to maintain the inbox on a daily basis.
04. Ongoing Support
A newly organized and fully functioning inbox can be new territory. So to help with the transition I provide 30-day basic assistance, this can be a 30 min call or if you have some questions I can answer with a video response showing you how to fix your inbox related issue.
